Wear it often! (Seriously, wearing your silver actually helps prevent tarnish.)

Avoid chemicals like perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products – they can speed up tarnishing.

Store it properly — pop it in an airtight bag or jewellery box when you're not wearing it.

Give it a gentle clean every now and then with a soft polishing cloth, or a mild soap and warm water.
