Returns & Refunds

Thank you so much for supporting Ty Picl. Every piece is handmade with love and care.
Because of the handmade nature of my work, I can only accept returns or issue refunds in specific cases, outlined below.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it at typicljewellery@gmail.com
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A short description of the issue

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, I will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, and I’ll cover any return shipping costs if needed.

Change of Mind
Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after purchase.
Each Ty Picl piece is made individually, and many items are made-to-order or one of a kind.

Custom Orders
Custom or personalised pieces are non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item is faulty.

International Orders
Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or return shipping costs on international returns.

Returns Address
If you need to return an item, please email me first so I can provide the correct return address and instructions.
