Processing Time
All Ty Picl pieces are handmade in Wales. Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.
Made-to-order or personalised items may take a little longer — specific timings will be noted on product pages.
UK Shipping

Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.50 flat rate

Free UK shipping on all orders over £75
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
EU Shipping

Royal Mail International Tracked: £10 flat rate
Estimated delivery time: 5–15 working days after dispatch.
Please note: Customers in the EU may need to pay customs duties or import VAT when their parcel arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
North America and Rest of World Shipping

Royal Mail International Tracked: £12 flat rate
Estimated delivery time: 7–21 working days after dispatch.
Customers outside the UK may also be charged customs duties or import taxes, depending on their local laws. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Packaging
All items are carefully wrapped using eco-friendly packaging where possible. Your parcel will arrive gift-ready and protected for its journey.
Customs Information
All international orders include a correctly completed customs declaration form (CN22 or CN23 as required).
Ty Picl is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or additional charges once parcels have left the UK.
